Combining gluten free and refined sugar free products into a delicious snack or breakfast that keeps you feeling energized despite being a dessert.
Put the apples into the food processor and mix until it looks like applesauce
Put the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix.
Add the applesauce and incorporate. Adjust with more almond flour if it's too wet.
Use half a tbsp of cocoa nibs and incorporate them into the cookie dough.
Sprinkle the other half on top in addition with any other delicious toppings you love.
The applesauce should be put into the fridge and holds for a few days. I would suggest making the applesauce earlier and cooling it in the fridge.
