Hey guys,
are you also missing summer already? I think it’s never inappropriate to eat exotic summery fruits, even if we’re gradually getting closer to chilly days.
Colorful plates make people happy. There’s really no need to feel sad, especially eating this complementing combo.

- 1 papaya smallish
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- pinch black pepper (for turmeric activation)
- 1 cup (plantbased) milk I use coconut or almond
- fruits of your choice
- toppings of your choice
-
Mix all the ingredients for the oats in a saucepan and put on high heat.
-
When boiling lower the temperature to medium heat and let the oatmeal cook until desired consistency. I cook them for 10 minutes for a thicker consistency.
-
While cooking the oatmeal, cut the papaya in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds (keep them for dehydrating if you want).
-
When the oatmeal is done ladle some into the scooped out hole and start decorating with your toppings of choice.

I am all about good quality when it comes to nutrition. That’s why I decided to show you which products I personally use or recommend (due to market availability). I, by no means, want to pressure you into buying these. But I research thoroughly where and how the products were made, if the price is adequate for the quality etc. Of course, often there is more than one great product. Then I usually buy the cheapest out of them 😀
