Absolute No-Go’s concerning food
- no extremes, meaning not too salty, spicy, fatty, sugary, too restrictive
- digestion starts in the mouth, no hastiness while eating
- big meals, less frequent
- hard to digest food, like raw hard vegetables or nuts
- intolerable food
- no cured meats
- not drinking enough water or tea
- drinks with caffeine or sparkling and soft drinks


Absolute No-Go’s concerning lifestyle
- any amount of physical or psychological stress
- sleep deprivation
- smoking
- drinking alcohol
- some medication
- not listening to the body
- not seeing a doctor
