If you are following me on Insta @vam_po, you know the past 2 weeks were all about renovating my flat and making it ready for me to move in.
Well, now, as you read this blogpost, I live in my flat for a week now and it is significantly different to how I lived before.
THE MESS YOU MAKE
Let me tell you quite frankly that I was such a freaking messy person, all of my life.
Yes, I won’t even act like it wasn’t as bad, because it was, truly, really bad.
Ok, fair enough, in my family home, I only had a 6.22 square metre room and with all the belongings I actually needed plus a bed, the space was just gone, but now, I have a lot of space and this also means, a lot more square metres to clean.
Also of course, here, I am responsible for EVERYTHING which I wasn’t at my family home as we divided chores.
This, luckily is nothing I have to get used to, because this isn’t my first own flat.
But I intend to commit to always have a clean space, no matter what.
I am a tidy person from now on.
CREATING SYSTEMS AN STRUCTURE INTERNALLY
I don’t want to be your mom, but I do strongly believe that if your environment is messy, it is a reflection of your messy interior.
Do you ever get the feeling like you can’t concentrate, because there is just so much stuff around you?
Yes, order and cleanliness is a whole other vibration than messiness.
And I want to be a well-balanced person and for that to happen, I have to be that person now and not wait for this Nirina 2.0 to come.
I hope you have learnt from my past content that in order to become your higher self, you have to breathe, think, act and behave like it.
So, I’m leading by my own example.
I want order and balance?
I gotta create order and balance.
And yes, it was horrible at first, cleaning the dishes immediately after the use, using the broom everyday, having a designated space for everything and putting it back, even at 4 am if that happens.
Can I tell you about the results?
YOUR EXTERNAL MIRROR
People, your job, all of your manifestations are based on the quality of your thinking, and your quality of thinking is based on your subconscious autopilot and the efficiency of your brain.
So let’s say you have shitty limiting thoughts and a messy head.
Don’t even act like you don’t. Everyone has shitty limiting thought.
Yet, not every one has a messy had, they still get things done efficiently.
They might just not get the things done that their inner authenticity really wants to get done.
Anyways, again, referring to my own example.
I am sitting here now, on a Monday afternoon writing this blogpost for Sunday in my clean working area.
I don’t have to schedule when I am going to finish this task, I’m simply doing it, because my brain in not filled with clutter anymore, but space.
Also my work habits have improved tremendously. Having more space and an exact oder where everything stays, I don’t have to look for a certain document anymore.
Additionally, I am sitting at an actual desk and have a comfy office chair instead of positioning my laptop on the bed and myself on the ground.
Yes, I have matured, the benefits of being a tidy person have finally trumped the benefits of being lazy.
And yes, I’m sticking to the intentions I made. Of course, sometimes I leave a dish a bit longer out than I intended to, but overall, my space exterior and interior stays clean.
If you need inspo on cleaning and organising your space –
read ‘The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing’ (Affiliate Link – I get a small provision for the recommendation if you decide to buy it) by Marie Kondo.
Ps: There’s also a Netflix series available, ‘Tidying Up with Marie Kondo’.
This is just one example of transforming a bad habit into a good one.
You might have the same one to work on or others.
I just want to take this opportunity to tell you about what I can help you with:
I am a spiritual transformation coach and help you release mental blocks, get out of victim mentality and step into sovereignty and responsibility to embrace your full creator potential.
I help you become a conscious manifestor in all areas that are important to you.
I call this process: Uncover your light, because we all have it in us at all times, but dim it or had external factors made us dim it for a long time.
shine your light!
