A very nice lady working for LaVita called me last week in order to check up on my health. So, I thought it would be a great idea to present LaVita to you and share my experience.
LaVita – a daily dose of vitamins for maintaining health and boosting energy. That’s what LaVita is marketing.
It’s an all natural juice concentrate combining the best properties from over 70 valuable foods for optimisation of the daily intake of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
The concept is based on orthomolecular medicine and the power of nature affecting nutritional health.
All that has to be done is taking a tablespoon of the juice concentrate mixed in 100ml of water, two times a day. For optimal results a medication of 3 months is required.

The taste is super fruity. It tastes like a multivitamin juice to be honest, a little sour, but good!
After the first three days I felt more energetic and focused already.
Unfortunately, that’s the only positive reaction I had to it. I couldn’t stomach it, my gastritis flared up even more and I think it’s definitely due to the high acidity.
I took it the way described on the bottle, because I was in an extreme stress situation, so 2 x 10ml in 90 ml water per day.
The woman on the telephone told me, because if my predisposition I should have rather slowly introduced LaVita into my diet. Maybe starting with a teaspoon every 3 hours would have been better.
I think LaVita is a great product and when I’m healthy I’m definitely open to trying it again. Even though it’s on the pricier side with 50€ for one bottle.
Keep in mind. A bottle has 50 portions, that’s 25 days worth of juice concentrate. For 3 months you’ll need at least 4 bottles. That’s 200€.
I think it’s a good investment in your health. I still recommend to first try out if you might get an allergic reaction, before ordering 4 bottles. You don’t have to be concerned about running out. Delivery is only 2 days 🙂
LaVita does deliver worldwide, but the contracts and site itself are in German. I don’t know the shipping fees to countries other than Germany, so I looked for an alternative product and found the following.
Have you tried LaVita or a similar product? Or would you like to try it?
