it’s a very strange time currently worldwide.
The COVID-19 virus, also known as Corona or Wuhan Virus has spread wordwide.
You know I don’t watch the news, but it’s virtually impossible to not hear anything about it.
Through my teaching job, I am in contact with students all over the world, from China, Russia, Italy and so on.
All seem to have only one topic in their focus right now. The Corona pandemic.
I want to shed a bit of light from the spiritual point of view regarding this topic and give you some clear action steps and suggestions what you can do in your kind of, but not really, voluntary corona quarantine time.
DISEASE x SPIRITUALITY
‘Where focus goes, energy flows’.
The law of attraction says like attracts like, so the vibration of your thoughts is matched with the vibration of things, people and experiences.
You might think, the more you worry and get angry, mad or sad about the corona virus, the more you get into its frequency. So, you might come to the conclusion that the energetic print you create regarding the corona virus attracts/not attracts it.
But I want to clear this thought up, because that’s not how manifestation of disease works.
Don’t believe me?
Well, just imagine it would be true. That would mean hypochondriacs (people with fear or getting sick/diseases) would attract every disease they are so afraid of.
Do they? No.
Well, because manifestation of disease ONLY happens if you don’t know any other way to achieve your underlying desire.
Let me give you an example again.
Imagine a person working a 40h week, going to the gym 4 times a week and with a social life. Said person feels overwhelmed, feels stressed, urges for some alone time, but has the limiting belief that he misses out if he says ‘NO’. So, said person neglects sleep.
Deep down, all this person wants is 2 weeks of a pause. 2 weeks to not do anything.
But said person simply can’t take 2 weeks of vacation, because they have already used up the vacation days for this year’s travel plans.
The weekends are full, there isn’t even time to do a morning routine.
They simply think, they need to push through.
Insert the universe: The universe only hears, I need a 2 week break now, I can’t do it myself, I’m stuck. Help me.
And you will get what you want.
Insert a 2 week break aka. a 2 week disease aka. maybe the corona virus, maybe not.
Your deepest desire always manifests. Period.
What you can learn from this story is, be responsible for yourself and your desires.
If you don’t manifest them consciously, the universe will fill in the blanks.
It’s just how it it.
And I already hear you not liking my point of view, because WHO THE HELL WANTS TO MANIFEST A DISEASE? OR CORONA NOW?
Let me stop you there.
We don’t want to manifest a disease. We want to manifest a desire that’s the outcome of this disease.
For most of us this is peace, relaxation, freedom, ease.
Don’t you see it ease = no DISease. It’s in the word disease. Dis-ease.
You get a disease to get ease. You get distress to realize you want peace.
Take me as an example too!
I was so out of alignment with my own wants and needs. I couldn’t for the love of God, not finish my studies, because I had the limiting belief that I finish EVERYTHING I start.
So, with the underlying belief that I need and want to live a creative job. A job that marries my strengths and desire to travel and connect to people, I got a disease.
To find back to myself, to do a 180 degree shift in my thinking, to access the resources to get to the life I want and deserve.
I know a lot of people suffer through all kinds of diseases, some even die and I know this hurts their loved ones. I absolutely don’t want to downplay the pain.
What I want you to take into thought though is:
What is the greater good of this happening?
How can this situation serve me, my community, the earth?
Pacha mama knows what she’s doing. She always has, she always does and she always will.
Us humans though, we might not have the capacity to understand the reasoning behind these experiences.
WHAT DOESN’T HAPPEN WHEN WE DIE
This is a pretty sensitive topic and, please, just see the following words as my current knowledge about life, energy, death and so on.
From what I’ve learned and believe is that everything is energy. Energy never dies. Everything is in a constant vibrational state.
The so called Zero Point Field was challenged and dismissed through science.
Even between what we believed was just space, there’s movement, vibration.
We take it for granted.
How our cells know how to reproduce themselves like how our skin heals a cut.
We try to explain everything, we made up processes, so we could understand. And hey, it’s great to be curious. Though understand, we never fully be able to grasp what and why things are happening, at least not on this earth plane.
Which makes me come to the planes of our universe.
Let me tell you, what I think happens once our physical body dies. The energy, call it essence, soul, light, love, force, wisdom, God or whatever you want to call it is set free and now floats without a body attached to it.
We know can decide to go on another human experience by chatting to our soul guides in the 3rd plane, a new path, a new mission.
Or we might want to stay and become a soul guide ourselves for a while.
Or we want to ascend into higher realms, so we float to the 4th plane.
Or maybe we even decide that we don’t want another human experience and go on a path to where we always float without restriction to a body of any sort and become the purest form of wisdom that exists.
There are tons of possibilities, just know, that we have existed, we exist and will always exist in some sort of energy.
That’s what I know and believe now.
Ask me again in a few months, I might tell you a different story or get more into the details of it.
What I hope to achieve is, making you not so afraid of losing people you love. Because you never actually lose them. You just lose the human host they decided and committed to live in until they have reached their soul’s path.
And also to raise your awareness that everything happens for a greater purpose.
In this universe, there’s only growth. Heck, in this multiverse, there’s only growth.
Look back thousands of years, thousands of wars, thousands of nature catastrophes and still, more and more humans inhabit this earth. The population has grown.
And with that bigger challenges were given us to grow even more.
So much for that, let’s get more practical now and talk about what you can do with your free time in this time of social distancing 🙂
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OUT OF THE CORONA VIRUS (IN)VOLUNTARY QUARANTINE AT HOME
You know as I am self-employed digital nomad, I do have the luxury of working from home as much as I want to.
I know that’s not possible for all of you and this is why I just want to thank everyone who is putting their own health in jeopardy for the greater good.
I’m looking at the supermarket cashiers, the doctors and nurses, the delivery services and everyone who doesn’t fall into the named categories.
Now to all of the others whose employers let them do home office or even offer paid absence, you got a lot of free time to spend on hand now.
What to do with all of this freedom?
Well, let’s just talk about what NOT to do first…
WHAT NOT TO DO IN THIS SENSITIVE TIME OF CORONA SPREADING:
- Go out shopping, eating, drinking, partying more. No brainer, you guys. The agenda is to AVOID human contact. Hence why strict rules come from the government now, especially in Germany the past week.
- Use a lot of public transport. Also no brainer. You might be sick, you touch something and spread it. Just stay at home. Drive, walk or bike to the next supermarket, but stay at home as much as you can.
- Visit people with a weak immune system, elderly people or ones with prior diseases/disablilities.
Don’t jeopardize their health. Call your grandma if you want to still put a smile on her face.
- Travel like a maniac. I know, I know. You have booked your vacation, you were excited. But airports and trains are the number 1 place to catch anything, from a cold to a virus.
I know it sucks, but you can always travel at a later point.
This is an emergency situation and we all just try to save as many people as we can.
- Attend or plan meet-ups of any kind that aren’t absolutely necessary.
Like sure, you can still meet friends at their place, but keep it small and don’t involve people at risk. Simple as that.
WHAT TO DO WHILE CORONA STILL SPREADS:
- Clean your space.
Do you have chaos in your home? Now is the best time to spring clean everything. Your exterior represents you interior. Haven’t you heard?
Your exterior castle represents your interior castle.
- Video call your loved ones.
We live in such a wonderfully connected time where we can see our friends with a simple tap on a button on a phone. Chat through that, have a dinner together or a yoga flow. Or a dance party. Whatever you want 🙂
- Plan your social media marketing calendar for the next month/quarter or however long you want.
Write the blogposts, film the videos, create the graphics, perfect your service, (re)edit pictures, do more community management, declutter your online accounts, write a 12 month plan, go through the feedback sheets, share your opinion on IG stories. Honestly you can preplan work now, so the start after this situation will be easier than ever.
- Buy from local stores to support them.
A lot of businesses suffer currently and the big companies might be able to recover, but smaller ones, especially those with direct human contact, might not.
If possible, support them by buying form their stores as long as they are open or talk through the possibility of an online solution. There are options!
- Build a new habit.
Want to wake up at 6, do daily yoga, learn how to cook, play an instrument you already have at home, learn singing, build a morning routine, learn a headstand etc.
You can learn virtually anything online. Track your new habit.
- Buy groceries for at-risks folks.
Have an old lady as your neighbor? Offer to buy her groceries or whatever she needs, as long as you are absolutely sure you are healthy.
- Write a book.
- Brainstorm multi-million dollar ideas.
- Enrol in a (coaching) course online.
- Practice indoor photography, maybe do self-portraits.
- Build a spiritual practice.
- Read or listen to an (audio)book.
- Start a blog or a youtube channel.
- Learn about a new topic that you ‘never had the time to’ learn about.
- Keep 2m of distance from everyone.
- Wash your hands often.
- Use hand sanitizer after washing your hands (sanitizer doesn’t kill viruses)
- Say health affirmations, gratitude and keep your vibes up.
- See the bigger picture and reform limiting beliefs 🙂
And if you really want to master self-management, invest in a coach who keeps you accountable.
Because I swear to God, you will make bigger steps faster and don’t bullshit yourself along the way! 😀
