I’ve just posted one recipe on my blog yet. So, it’s definitely time to stack up on some here, since everybody’s favourite question on any day is: What should I eat? 😀
Here comes a non fuss easy 30-minute homemade fries/wedges recipe you’ll going to make over and over again, because it’s so simple and delicious!
- Sweet Potatoes
- Your favourite spices
- Any kind of oil, I like coconut oil (1 tsp for for a pound suffices, but feel free to use more)
Preheat the oven with a fan to 350°F.
Slice the potatoes any way you like. They should be similar size though. I’ve cut mine in a wedges shape.
Coat the cut potatoes with the (coconut) oil. Toss, then coat with spices.
Lay them on a baking sheet in an even layer, making sure to leave enough room in between, otherwise they will steam.
They need 20-30 minutes depending on thickness and should be flipped at least once halfway through.
MASTER TIP: Open the door a few times to let off steam and make them crispier.
